Delete a DominoSum account

DominoSum lets you permanently delete your account and associated data directly from the app.

Delete inside DominoSum

Open DominoSum and select Me.
Open Your account.
Select Delete account and data.
Read the warning and confirm Delete permanently.

The in-app request deletes the account immediately and starts a fresh guest profile on that device.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to the DominoSum account. Use the subject “DominoSum account deletion” and include your DominoSum display name or friend code if available. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership.

Email a deletion request

We aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security or transaction-record obligations.

What is deleted

Your DominoSum authentication account and protected sign-in link.
Your social profile, display name, handle and friend code.
Friend connections and requests.
Leaderboard scores linked to the account.
Friend challenges, live-race participation and head-to-head records associated with the account.

Local puzzle progress is erased when deletion is performed inside the app. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer identify the account may remain.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account or deleting DominoSum does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your store account. Valid store purchases may be restorable independently of a deleted DominoSum social profile.
