Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of games and related online services published by King of Games Studio, including DominoSum, Path Royale and Footy Links. By using an app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Using our games
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our apps for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You must follow applicable laws and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Accounts and guest profiles
Some features use a guest profile or allow you to protect a profile with email, Apple or Google. You are responsible for access to your device and linked sign-in method. Keep account information accurate and do not impersonate another person. You can request account deletion as explained in our deletion guide.
3. Fair play and social features
Leaderboards, friend challenges and live races are for friendly competition. You must not cheat, automate play, interfere with the service, exploit errors, harass others, use an offensive display name, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt another player. We may remove content, scores or access when reasonably necessary to protect players, fairness or service security.
4. Premium and subscriptions
Premium features and prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their payment terms. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue for the displayed billing period until cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting the app or a game account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Premium availability depends on a valid store receipt and entitlement. Where required by platform rules, eligible purchases can be restored. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the policies of the store that processed the payment. Existing customers who bought a valid lifetime unlock keep the access associated with that purchase, subject to successful restoration and store verification.
5. Advertising and rewards
Some free features may offer an optional rewarded ad. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by device, region, connectivity and privacy choices. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6. Intellectual property
Our games, puzzles, branding, artwork, software and other content are owned by King of Games Studio or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, update, suspend or discontinue features. Online features can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or third-party services. We do not promise that every puzzle, leaderboard, advert or online feature will always be available.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Our apps are provided with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the apps.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using an app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached, the service is being abused, or action is necessary to protect users or comply with law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the law where you live.
