This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile apps published by King of Games Studio, including Path Royale, DominoSum, and Footy Links. It explains how we handle data across our apps. Where a practice only applies to a specific app, this is noted.
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or postal address through our apps.
Our apps may store progress locally on your device, such as scores, streaks, puzzle progress, settings, preferences, and usage limits for free features.
We may use basic analytics tools to understand gameplay trends, app performance, and feature usage. This helps us improve our apps.
Analytics data may include information such as app interactions, device type, operating system version, approximate region, and session activity. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
App note: DominoSum uses Firebase Analytics as described above. Footy Links does not currently send usage data to a third-party analytics provider. Path Royale uses lightweight in-app event tracking to measure feature usage and improve the experience.
If an app crashes or experiences technical issues, diagnostic data may be collected, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and error details.
This information is used only to fix technical issues, improve stability, and maintain the app.
Our apps may show optional rewarded ads and, in some cases, interstitial ads to free users. Rewarded ads are only shown when a user chooses to watch an ad to unlock extra puzzles or similar in-app rewards. Interstitial ads may appear between rounds of play.
Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdMob. These advertising partners may collect or use information such as device identifiers, approximate location, usage data, diagnostics, and advertising interaction data to provide, measure, limit, and improve ads.
Premium users do not see ads.
App note: Path Royale uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial advertising.
Our apps offer optional Premium access through Apple in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We may receive limited purchase status information needed to unlock Premium features, restore purchases, and manage access within the app.
App note: Footy Links and Path Royale use RevenueCat to manage and verify in-app purchases and entitlements. RevenueCat processes limited purchase and device information on our behalf to deliver and restore your Premium access. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card details.
App note (Path Royale only): Path Royale includes an optional daily leaderboard. If you complete a Daily Challenge, your score (time, mistakes, and difficulty) may be submitted to a leaderboard. No account or personal information is required; scores are submitted anonymously.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited app, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase status information with service providers who help us operate, improve, monetise, and maintain our apps. These may include analytics providers, crash reporting providers, advertising partners (such as Google AdMob), and in-app purchase service providers (such as Apple and RevenueCat).
Our apps are suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
You can avoid rewarded ads by not choosing to watch them. You can also purchase Premium access to remove ads and unlock Premium features.
You can manage in-app purchases through your Apple ID settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
