Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mobile games published by King of Games Studio, including DominoSum, Path Royale and Footy Links. Features vary by app, so app-specific practices are identified below.

1. Information we process

Device and local game data

Our games store information on your device, such as puzzle progress, scores, streaks, settings, preferences and free-feature usage limits.

DominoSum accounts and social play

DominoSum creates a random guest identifier so that online puzzles and social features can work without requiring registration. You may optionally protect that profile using email, Sign in with Apple or Google. If you do, the authentication provider and Supabase may process your email address, provider identifier and authentication information.

DominoSum may store your display name, handle, friend code, friend connections and requests, challenge and live-race participation, head-to-head results, leaderboard scores, puzzle difficulty and completion time. Other players may see your chosen display name, leaderboard result and relevant social-game results.

Analytics and diagnostics

DominoSum uses Firebase Analytics to understand app opens, feature usage and gameplay trends. Analytics and diagnostics may include app interactions, app and operating-system version, device category, approximate region, session information and technical error information. We use this information to improve features, performance and reliability.

Advertising

DominoSum may offer an optional Google AdMob rewarded ad when a free player chooses to unlock another Unlimited puzzle. Path Royale may use rewarded or interstitial advertising. Ad providers may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics to provide, limit, measure and protect ads. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting ads and provides access to ad privacy choices. Premium users do not receive ads.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payments for Premium products and subscriptions. We do not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat processes purchase identifiers, product and entitlement status, app-user identifiers and related device information so that Premium access can be delivered and restored.

2. Why we use this information

• To provide puzzles, leaderboards, accounts, friends, challenges and live races.
• To save and restore progress and Premium access.
• To prevent abuse, enforce fair-play and free-feature limits, and keep services secure.
• To understand usage, fix faults and improve our games.
• To provide optional rewarded advertising where enabled.
• To meet legal, accounting and platform obligations.

3. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with providers that operate app features on our behalf, including Apple and Google for distribution and payments, Supabase for DominoSum authentication and online game data, Firebase Analytics for usage analytics, RevenueCat for purchase entitlements, and Google AdMob for advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account and social-game information while the profile is active and as needed to operate the service. Some security, transaction or legal records may be retained where required. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may no longer be capable of being linked back to your account.

DominoSum users can initiate deletion in the app from Me → Your account → Delete account and data. This deletes the DominoSum authentication account and associated profile, friend, leaderboard, challenge and race data. You can also use our account deletion request page.

5. Your choices and rights

You can decline optional account protection and continue as a guest, choose not to watch rewarded ads, change available ad privacy choices, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.

6. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law to consent to digital services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian can contact us to request review and deletion.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and database security rules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards made available by those providers and applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our apps or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date on this page when we do.
